After a harrowing drive up to the park, due to icy roads, we met at highways 10 and 19 for the trip to our starting point. Along the way we were lucky to see 3 wolves in the ditch along #10.

Mike R lead us on a back country trail that winds through the forest and lowlands. Thirteen members and guests had a great 3 hour hike with 2 creek crossings. Back at the trailhead we said so long to Mike, Aaron and Donna who were heading home to the north. The rest of us headed to Clarks for a glass of wine before taking in the delicious fare offered at the Onanole Fall Supper.
